This personal data privacy policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website of the Coffeeton company, located at the address https://coffeeton.com.ua/ (hereinafter - the Site), can receive about the user during the use of the site.
1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:
1.1.1. The Coffeeton website, located at https://coffeeton.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website);
1.1.2. The Coffeeton website administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) – authorized employees acting on behalf of the Coffeeton company, who organize and process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data;
1.1.3. Personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Data) – information belonging to a directly or indirectly identified natural person (personal data subject), which may be provided to other persons;
1.1.4. Data Processing – a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of Data;
1.1.5. Data Confidentiality – a mandatory requirement for the Administration to prevent the distribution of Data without the consent of the subject or the presence of another legal basis;
1.1.6. Cookies – a small fragment of user data sent by a web server and stored on a computer or other device used to log in to the Site. In other words, Cookies serve to make using the Site more convenient, for example, so that the user does not have to repeat the login process during the next visit. 4.1.1. Identification of a User who is registered or has previously left his Data on the Site for auto-filling of forms;
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources;

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.2. The Administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in other possible ways the transferred User data, with the exception of clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information;
6.2.4. Block the User's Data from the moment of the user's request or request, his/her legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of Data subjects for the period of verification in case of detection of unreliable Data or illegal actions.
7.1. The Site is exempt from the obligation to comply with the Privacy Policy regarding the Consumer's Personal Data if the Consumer independently publicly discloses personal data.
7.2. The Site has the right to distribute the Consumer's personal data with the relevant written permission of the Consumer.

8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
