This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship regarding the use of the Site and the general terms and conditions regarding the possible provision of Services between the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Owner”), on the one hand, and the Customer, an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Visitor”), who has accepted the terms of this Agreement, on the other hand. Hereinafter, when jointly referred to as the “Parties”, and separately as the “Party”.
This Agreement and the relations of the Parties arising from this Agreement are governed by the legislation.
The following terms and definitions are used in this document:
Site – an Internet resource (website) located in the domain zone of the Site Owner and on all its subdomain names.
Agreement – the user’s consent to all additions and changes that may occur on the site.
Administration / Representative of the Site, Site Owner – persons authorized by the Site Owner to perform actions stipulated by the Agreement.
Visitor – any person who has accessed the Site, is on it and uses the available functionality of the Site.
User – a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acts on behalf of or in the interests of the legal entity represented by him.
Any Visitor of the Site may voluntarily fill out the form provided for this purpose and become a User.
The Site contains information and materials about services that may subsequently be provided to the User in the event of signing a real contract.
When using the Site, the User does not have the right to impersonate another person or representative of an organization and / or community without sufficient rights, including employees of the Site, as well as to use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of other persons on the Internet, as well as to mislead Users, the Site and its representatives regarding the properties and characteristics of any entities or objects.
In the event of detection of a violation of rights and / or interests in connection with the use of the Site, including by another User, the Site Owner should be notified by submitting an appropriate written notification, a telephone message with a detailed description of the circumstances of the violation and / or a hypertext link to the page containing materials that violate the relevant rights and / or interests of the Site.
All elements accessible through the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, video, databases and other objects placed within the Site, are the objects of exclusive rights of the Site and other copyright holders. The Site grants the User the right to its functional use within the limits of its general functionality.
The Site Owner / Administration / Site Representative and persons represented by the Site have the right to send informational electronic messages to the User at the email address, phone number, or link to the page on social networks specified by him, which will provide the User with an answer to a question or request that he left within the framework of the Site's functionality or in connection with it.
This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine governing general data protection. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation. All possible disputes arising from the relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
If for one reason or another one or more provisions of this Agreement are declared invalid or have no legal force, this does not mean that the remaining provisions are NOT invalid or cannot be applied.
Temporary inaction on the part of the Site in the event of a violation by the User or other Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later, and does not mean that the Site has waived its rights in the event of similar or similar violations in the future.
This User Agreement operates within the framework of the current Legislation of Ukraine on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
